  • There will be 96 tables equipped with 4 chairs each available.
  • Rental price for the three days is USD 250.00
  • Tables will be let on a first come, first served basis.
  • The delegate is the owner of the table for the three days.
  • Free coffee will be offer for the table holders in this area, twice a day.
  • For the identification of your table you can bring your logo, to be place on your table. This logo must be printed in a paper card of the following dimensions: 7x11 cm or 2.75x3.93 inch.

  • This area will be located at the San Cristobal B and C hall on the first floor
  • There will be 78 tables equipped with 4 chairs each available.
  • All delegates can use these tables without any cost.
